  Steering an engineering org of 30 with 6 direct reports. Built CIAM / SSO and core banking integrations for a Tier-1 bank managing $100B+, and an external API platform that saved the org around $70k plus hundreds of engineering hours.

  Shipped a customer portal that became a top sales driver, and trimmed $15k a month off the cloud bill. Also made CI 60% faster.
